What can you expect from this group?
We'll meet once a month for a couple of hours. We'll spend about one hour or so with our topic for discussion, and then we'll do a short and gentle practice on the mat, pranayama (breath control) and meditation.
You will learn tools to make yoga a part of your every day life, with practices you can take with you 24/7.
