This practice focuses on courage, the courage to move forward when we are feeling stuck, trapped or afraid. We'll bring a little bit of heat to the core of the body to activate the center where we can find courage. Postures include twisting lunge, half splits, sun salutations, Trikonasana (triangle), Vrksasana (tree), Shalabhasana (locust), and others.
