In this vinyasa style class we will prepare the body for the more demanding pose called Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or King Pigeon pose. Flow through a series of shoulder and chest openers, and poses that hip flexors and thighs. Enjoy the practice without attachment to results, whether in the end you are able to do King Pigeon pose or not.
