In this class we'll bring our awareness to how we are holding the poses: is there too much effort or not enough? How can you be engaged in the pose and at the same time at ease? We'll explore how much effort is required to hold the pose with integrity, humility and strength. Postures include Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog), Crescent Lunge Twist, half sun salutations, Reversed Warrior, Shalabhasana (locust), Balasana (child's pose), and others.
